Material Handler / Production OperatorWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler / Production Operator to join our team. This position is responsible for handling raw materials, operating mixing and blending equipment, packaging products, and assisting with shipping operations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a production or warehouse environment and following precise formulation and safety procedures.Key Responsibilities:Offload incoming materials safely and efficientlyMeasure raw materials using calibrated scales to ensure accurate formulationsOperate mixing and blending equipment according to production proceduresPackage raw materials following formulation and processing guidelinesFill, seal, and prepare drums and containers for storage or shipmentLabel products and containers accurately in compliance with company standardsOperate a forklift to move materials and finished products when requiredAssist with shipping and receiving duties, including preparing outgoing ordersMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentFollow all safety policies and quality control proceduresQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent preferredPrevious warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience preferredForklift experience or certification is a plusAbility to follow written instructions and formulations accuratelyStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWork Schedule:Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
