Baler OperatorWe are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Baler Operator to join our operations team. The Baler Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining baling equipment to compress recyclable or waste materials into compact bales for storage and transport. The ideal candidate has mechanical aptitude, follows safety procedures, and works well in a team environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate baler equipment according to company safety standardsLoad cardboard, plastic, paper, or other materials into the balerMonitor machine performance and adjust settings as neededTie, wrap, and label finished balesInspect bales for proper density and qualityMaintain a clean and organized work areaPerform routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipmentReport on mechanical issues or safety concerns promptlyAssist with general warehouse duties as neededSkills / QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED preferredPrevious experience operating balers or similar heavy equipment preferredForklift certification (or willingness to obtain)Basic mechanical knowledgeAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.
