This position requires attention to detail, the ability to use hand tools and production equipment, and a commitment to producing quality products while following safety and company standards.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesAssemble window and door components according to work instructions, blueprints, and specifications.Gather parts, hardware, tools, and materials needed to complete production orders.Install frames, glass, hardware, weather stripping, and other window and door components.Measure completed products to ensure they meet quality specifications.Operate production machinery, hand tools, and assembly equipment safely.Perform quality inspections throughout the assembly process and identify defects.Complete equipment changeovers and maintain production efficiency.Package finished products for shipment.Keep workstations clean and organized while following 5S and housekeeping standards.Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
