Your day-to-day will include:Setting up and operating machinery per production specs and safety protocolsPerforming machine startups, shutdowns, and basic troubleshootingMonitoring operations to maintain consistent quality and outputConducting routine inspections and basic maintenanceAdjusting machine settings to optimize performanceOperating electric pallet jacks, roll lifts, and hoistsDocumenting production data and reporting issuesPerforming quality checks in line with our Quality Management SystemKeeping your work area clean and organizedSupporting other tasks as neededWhat You BringProven experience as a machine operator or similar roleFamiliarity with manufacturing equipment and safety proceduresBasic math and computer skillsMechanical aptitude and a strong commitment to quality and safetyPreferred QualificationsHigh School diploma or GED5+ years of manufacturing experienceWhy Join Us?We're more than just a workplace—we're a team.
