1st or 2nd Shift Machine Operator/FabricatorsABR is seeking 1st shift or 2nd shift or weekend shift Fabrication/Machine Operators for a manufacturing company in Mosinee. We're looking for motivated team members with past fabrication or machine operation or similar experience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Starting wage is $20.00 – 21.50 per hour, plus up to THREE potential increases in the first year based on performance.

- 1:15 a.m., M-TH; occasional OT Fridays 1:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Weekend Shift: 6:00am-6:00pm, Friday - SundayEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment according to production requirements.Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine machining operationsMonitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiencyMake adjustments to machine settings as necessary to maintain proper dimensions and tolerancesInspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure conformance to specificationsRequirements:Experience working in a production or fabrication environment is preferredBasic reading, writing, and math skills as well as the ability to read blueprints, drawings, and work instructionsAbility to assemble and fabricate componentsUnderstanding of tooling and tooling requirements for different machining operationsStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality controlReliability and proven attendance at past jobsPhysical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or touch objects, tools, or controls. The employee is frequently required to sit.
