You will be challenged daily to meet our goals and thrive in a continuous improvement environment. This role is on site and on first shift, 5am-3:30pm, Monday through Thursday. Donaldson offers a competitive benefits package and paid time off once qualified.Role ResponsibilitiesFabricate metal and or media-based parts at workstations to create small to medium sized assemblies or subassemblies using hand tools, jigs, fixtures, and miscellaneous power tools/machines/equipment with blueprints and route sheets.Paint and or assemble/package units too customer requirements/specifications and rework materials/assemblies when necessary. Fit, align, calibrate, and adjust parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product operating requirements.Lifting, moving, and standing at workstations.

Operate multiple types of machinery to process materials/assemblies through facility.Inspect parts using quality inspection tools such as calipers, height gages, etc.Complete first piece inspections and non-conformance reports.Evaluate and calibrate parts in accordance with acceptance test procedures.Understand and follow work instructions and routings.Complies with all DOT, HAZMAT, Donaldson Safety Framework and environmental policies/laws/rules and company codes of conduct/procedures.Uses all designated Personal Protective Equipment as required.While this list is representative of essential job duties, it is not an all-inclusive list of duties required to perform this role. Other duties may be assigned in order to fulfill Donaldson's mission, vision, and strategic plan objectives.Minimum QualificationsEducation consisting of a high school diploma or GED.Six months experience in manufacturing, assembly or production/warehousing environment.
