Your Role with the Company
- Leading and growing the team – currently there are 60 people in the Division
- Provide strategic leadership to drive growth and profitability
- Continue and improve the culture of safety and quality
- Budgeting and Tracking project financials
Background Profile
- Expertise in the industrial coating industry
- Leadership experience with teams of 25 and above and/or have run their own company
- Good safety record
- Has managed stand-alone projects in the $5 million and above range
- Field experience is a huge plus
