Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Acting LITIGATOR for Jones Petroleum and its various subsidiaries, and being a key team member including valuable input of subject content in the legal department.
- Must be LICENSED in the State of Georgia, providing Certificate for Georgia Bar.
- Must have the ability to meet demanding court and filing requirements that may include non traditional work week.
Qualifications
- 5 years of litigation experience required.
- At least four years experience with a Commercial background.
- Experience in both Federal and State Jurisdictions.
- Appellate Work experience.
- Some transactional practice is a definite plus.
- Environmental and Land Use Law experience is a definite plus.
