Navigate Software: Retrieve information, process account updates, and track call details across multiple software portals.

Deliver Solutions: De-escalate customer concerns calmly, empathetically, and professionally.

Maintain Standards: Meet key client performance metrics (satisfaction scores, resolution rates, and schedule adherence).
