We do that by providing both remote and on-site services in more than 350 languages, for over 14,000 clients with a diverse and highly experienced staff, and over 15,000 contract interpreters.
Quality interpretation is critical to our shared success, and it is only possible by bringing in the best interpreters in the industry. Propio Language Services is seeking detail-oriented and professional Credentialing Specialists to support the Credentialing Program. In this role, you will conduct on-site facility compliance checks on behalf of Propio for our medical clients.
These facility visits ensure adherence to operational and safety standards required by our clients and regulatory bodies.Key Responsibilities:Conduct scheduled on-site facility visits to medical clinics, offices, or treatment centersEvaluate and document compliance with key operational areas including:Accessibility and signage (e.g. parking, entrance visibility)Hours of operation and posted availabilityCleanliness, organization, and general upkeep of the facilityProper handling and secure storage of substances and medicationsStaff presence, professionalism, and safety practicesTake photographs as required for documentationComplete and submit structured audit reports within designated timelinesFlag non-compliance or areas of concern in line with Propio's credentialing guidelinesCommunicate professionally with on-site staff and escalate issues when necessaryQualifications:Prior experience in healthcare credentialing, auditing, or compliance is preferredExcellent attention to detail and observational skillsStrong written communication and reporting abilitiesProfessional demeanor and ability to work independentlyReliable transportation and ability to travel to assigned facility locationsMust be comfortable working as an independent contractor under a 1099 agreementAdditional Requirements:Availability for scheduled site visits based on client needsSmartphone or digital camera for photo documentationAccess to email and ability to submit reports electronicallyDiversity creates a healthier atmosphere: Propio is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action employers and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, protected veteran status, disability status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by law.
