Essential Function
Provides an optimal customer experience utilizing our selling behaviors. Ensures all transactions are complete and accurate and the store is maintained to meet brand standards.
Primary Duties
- Brand (40%) : Deliver excellent customer service, ensure transactions are accurate, support store appearance, and resolve customer issues promptly.
- People (25%) : Collaborate effectively with team members, support onboarding and training, and promote diversity and inclusion.
- Operations (25%) : Record sales, handle monetary transactions, complete reports, assist with shipment processing, and maintain store cleanliness. May open/close the store.
- Safety/Loss Prevention (10%) : Follow safety policies, inventory control, and HAZMAT procedures.
Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- Retail sales/customer service experience preferred
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to understand product labels and follow directions
