Your Role As a Store Manager
- Manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer has a great experience. Provide personalized solutions for hair and beauty needs.
- Oversee all store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, including managing budgets, controlling expenses, growing sales, and inventory management.
- Ensure safety and security by following all safety procedures and company policies to protect customers, staff, and assets.
- Maintain an attractive store appearance.

Requirements
- At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
- Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
- Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
- Must be 18 or older.
- Passion for hair and beauty.
Legal and Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally on a ladder.
- Exposure to fumes and odors occasionally.
- Physical activity including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working around moving parts or chemicals.
