Join us and be part of the transformation that's driving the future of automotive innovation.The Senior Treasury Accountant is responsible for managing and supporting the company's treasury operations, including cash management, bank reconciliations, debt compliance, and treasury-related accounting activities. This role works closely with Accounting, FP&A, and external banking partners to ensure accurate financial reporting, liquidity management, and compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.Selected key responsibilities will include, but not necessarily be limited to the following:Manage daily cash operations, including cash positioning, forecasting, and intercompany funding activitiesPrepare and review bank reconciliations and investigate reconciling items in a timely mannerRecord and reconcile treasury-related journal entries, including cash, debt, interest, and foreign exchange transactionsSupport debt accounting, including loan amortization schedules, covenant compliance, and interest expense calculationsAssist with cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning in collaboration with FP&AMaintain strong relationships with banking partners and support the opening/maintenance of bank accountsEnsure compliance with KSOX controls and internal treasury policies; document processes and controls as requiredSupport month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes related to treasury accountsAssist with external and internal audits by providing required documentation and explanationsIdentify opportunities for process improvements and automation within treasury and cash management functionsProvide guidance and mentoring to junior accounting staff, as neededWhat we require from you:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field5+ years of progressive experience in treasury, accounting, or finance functionsStrong understanding of treasury operations, cash management, and debt accountingKnowledge of U.S. GAAP; IFRS experience is a plusExperience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and treasury management systems preferredAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft ExcelCPA or equivalent professional certification preferredStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environmentIf would be awesome if you also had the following experience:Experience in the IT industry or publicly traded companyExposure to foreign currency accounting (e.g. Korea, Canada and Mexico)KSOX compliance experienceTreasury or cash management system implementation experienceSalary Range: $95,000 to $110,000Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
