In addition to report production output, raw materials usage & proper documentation of the line. Troubleshoot baggers, assist with set ups.Duties and Responsibilities Includes the following. Other duties or responsibilities may be assigned by supervisor or managerFollow the standard operation procedure (SOP's)Follow the settings designed for specific productReview and fill out the operator check listEnsure all quality checks are performed before starting lineEnsure pre-op inspection of the line is complete before starting lineCapture information, lot numbers, quantity, start/stop time etc.Document all DT related to the production runMake sure to return all the ingredients you will no longer use to the appropriate place, during or at the end of the shiftCount, wrap and label with qty for any materials not used that need to be returned to stockNotify the supervisor if the line is not working properly according to our standardsWork with the members of the line to ensure that cooking and packing are working together and we have no issues with product up-streamMaintain registration sheets as needed and required by the QA departmentKeep your work area clean and floor free of trash and debrisEnsure all associates working on the line are sent to break and lunch on timeReport any incidents with associates or equipment to Supervisor & Mechanic in a timely mannerAssistance in training new employees or employees of the company that will change positionMaintain a high level of cleanliness and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's)Complete the tasks and projects required by the companyPromote safety in the work area understanding and complying with safety measures and reporting any accident on timePerform other activities assigned to you by the Supervisor or managerPractice and abide by all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Understand general operation of all equipmentNotify supervisors of any food safety concernsPractice Critical Control Points (HACCP)Support Food Safety CultureQualificationsGood understanding of food safety Positive Attitude Excellent communication.
