#1016935 Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist for a fully onsite opportunity in Boca Raton, FL. This role will manage the complete AP lifecycle and is ideal for someone with strong high-volume invoice processing, vendor management, reconciliation, and payment processing experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle AP from invoice receipt through payment
• Process high-volume invoices, including coding, matching, and approvals
• Handle vendor setup, maintenance, and communication
• Research and resolve invoice/payment discrepancies
• Complete vendor statement reconciliations
• Process check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers
• Support month-end AP close and reconciliations
• Maintain accurate records within ERP/accounting systems

Qualifications:

• Full-cycle Accounts Payable experience
• High-volume invoice processing experience
• Strong vendor management and reconciliation skills
• Experience with checks, ACH, and wire payments
• Month-end close experience
• ERP/accounting software proficiency
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Must be comfortable working 100% onsite in Boca Raton, FL
• Public company experience is preferred
