Anesthesiology Associates of Tallahassee (AAoT) is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Anesthesiologist to join our growing team in Tallahassee, Florida. AAoT is a well‑established, clinician‑led group that provides comprehensive anesthesia services at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital, HCA Florida Capital Hospital, and several ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) in the community. This profit‑sharing opportunity offers highly competitive compensation, with earning potential that ranks among the top‑paid in the state. Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide anesthesia care for cases including General Surgery, Trauma, OB, Orthopedics, Hearts, Endoscopy, Pediatrics, and Neurology.
- Cardiac capable or proficient; TEE certification not required but willingness to perform cardiac procedures with echocardiography is expected.
- Participate in in‑house on‑call 2‑3 times per month with a post‑call day off.
Compensation and Benefits
- Top compensation in the state; eligible for profit sharing after 18 months.
