About the Role
We are seeking a talented, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Attorney to join a growing litigation team. This is a 100% fully remote position open to qualified candidates residing anywhere within the United States .
The ideal candidate will have strong legal judgment, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage cases independently while thriving in a collaborative virtual environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal counsel and representation to clients.
- Draft, review, and negotiate pleadings, motions, contracts, and other legal documents.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analyze complex legal issues.
- Manage a diverse caseload from inception through resolution.
- Develop case strategies and communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel.
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients using virtual communication platforms.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active bar license and good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- Proven experience practicing as an attorney.
- Strong analytical, legal writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $250,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
