Position Summary: Assists the Department Chair of the Guidance Department with a variety of professional duties related to the maintenance of the department.
Department: Guidance Department
Reports to: Guidance Department Chair
Term: 10 months
Full time: 40 hours per week
Training and Experience:

• High School Diploma.
• Two years experience with special training in business or secretarial courses.
• Two years experience with data processing programs.
• Experience/knowledge of office management preferred.
• Experience in educational institution preferred
