Your Role as a Store Manager
- Oversee the customer experience, ensuring each visitor receives an unforgettable, custom‑fit solution for their hair and beauty needs.
- Manage talent, inspire your team, and lead the store to achieve or exceed sales goals by maintaining the budget, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory.
- Ensure the store complies with safety and security rules, company policies, and protects customers, associates, and store assets.
- Maintain store appearance and overall presentation.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
- Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
- Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
- Self‑starter with a continuous learning mindset and dedication to developing store personnel and customers.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Passion for hair and beauty.

- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
- May be exposed to fumes and odors on occasion.
- Requires regular standing, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities; may involve handling moderately heavy items and work around moving parts or machinery.
