- Monitor trends and good practices in training and development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least five years of experience in training and development or a related role.
- Strong project‑management and organizational skills.
- Experience with e‑learning platforms, instructional‑design tools, and virtual training.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams across time zones.
