Our dedicated healthcare real estate platforms present an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued growth and success.The Asset Manager Analyst will directly support the associates, VPs, and managing partners in all aspects of sourcing, underwriting and executing transactions on behalf of the firm.
Responsibilities include:Develop detailed pro-forma cash flow, DCF and acquisition modelsConduct market research and analyze market data including market occupancy, rental rates, demographics, competitor positioning and economic informationConduct all aspects of due diligence including, writing business plan, analyzing market area, tenant credit - financials, 3rd party reports,Review, interpret and summarize real estate leases, and interface with various departments throughout the acquisition processAnalyze underperforming properties and create projections for alternative scenariosInterface with general partners, property managers, corporate finance, lenders, investment brokers, accountants, tax experts and attorneysPrepare various acquisition and strategic analysis reports that reflect current acquisition activity and market trendsPrepare and maintain files for each assigned property that provides information on buildings, utilities, contractors, contracts, emergency procedures, property insurance, and other information necessary to operate each propertyPrepare a monthly report on each propertyPrepare and track annual budgets, business/leasing assumptions and quarterly reports for assigned properties to meet financial obligationsPrepare annual CAM reconciliationsPrepare monthly rent rolls for each property. Maintain and track lease rollovers (Lease Status Report) or projects for pending transactions and items requiring follow-up.
