As a Store Manager, you will lead a team, drive results, and help develop team associates in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Your Role As a Store Manager
- Manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer receives a great experience and a custom-fit solution for their hair and beauty needs.
- Oversee all store operations, maintaining assigned budget, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Protect customers, associates and store assets by ensuring staff follows safety and security rules and company policies.
- Maintain the store’s appearance to consistently provide a welcoming, professional environment.

Requirements
- At least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
- Operational, financial, and performance management experience.
- Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Passion for all things hair and beauty.

- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, sometimes on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
- May be exposed to fumes and odors on occasion.
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
- Requires standing, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities for long periods; occasional lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes.
- May involve working around moving parts, carts, or machines and occasional exposure to irritant chemicals.
