About the Role

Central Texas Recruiting is seeking a junior Systems Engineer to support the design, integration, and documentation of complex mission systems. This role provides strong mentorship and exposure across the full systems engineering lifecycle while supporting high-priority classified programs.

Key Responsibilities

Support system design, integration, and testing efforts
Assist with system requirements development and documentation
Maintain and update technical documentation and system diagrams
Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot issues
Participate in technical reviews and team meetings

Qualifications & Requirements

️ Clearance Required: TS/SCI with Polygraph
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical field
Knowledge of systems engineering fundamentals and lifecycle processes
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Nice to Have

Exposure to web hosting, monitoring, or security concepts
Experience or interest in AI-generated content or agentic coding
Familiarity with Agile or DevOps methodologies
Academic project experience in systems design or integration
