#Hiring: Jet Maintenance Manager ️ Location: Portsmouth, NH Salary: $95,000 $100,000 per year (DOE) Schedule: Full-time On-site About the Role Central Texas Recruiting is seeking a Jet Maintenance Manager to lead aircraft maintenance and ground support operations at our Portsmouth facility. Reporting to the Director of Maintenance, this position is responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement. You will also serve as a key liaison between clients and the company to foster long-term relationships and growth. Key Responsibilities Lead daily aircraft maintenance, hangar, and ground support operations Conduct daily meetings to assess workload and assign tasks Develop and communicate department goals aligned with company vision Manage departmental P&L budget, audits, and financial reviews Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and Repair Station Manual standards Maintain quality control standards and enforce safety protocols Identify staffing needs and support hiring and training Assist on the maintenance floor as needed Build and maintain relationships with aircraft owners and clients Qualifications & Requirements U.S. Citizenship Required Education & Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent required 5 10 years experience in corporate aviation maintenance, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role Experience with Part 135 and Part 91 operators such as NetJets, FlexJet, FlyExclusive, and others Technical Skills: FAA Airframe and Power Plant Certification required FAA Inspection Authorization Certification preferred Experience with Corridor maintenance tracking and billing software Experience with CAMP, Cescom, Traxxall, and ATP maintenance software Proficient with MS Office Suite Knowledge of FAA regulations and hands-on experience with maintenance manuals and tools Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs and assist with mechanical duties Additional Requirements: Strong leadership, training, and team motivation skills Ability to work with diverse personalities and promote teamwork Fluent verbal and written English skills Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check Compliant with FAA drug and alcohol screening requirements Benefits 8 paid holidays Anthem medical (includes vision) HSA 401(k) after 90 days with up to 3% company match $15,000 company-paid life insurance Company-paid short-term disability 80 hours paid vacation, accrued weekly Up to 56 hours sick time, accrued hourly
