We’re looking for a hands-on Project Manager who can step in immediately and drive a large-scale benefits transformation initiative for a well-established organization.

What You’ll Be Driving
• Lead a holistic, enterprise-level project focused on benefits transformation
• Partner cross-functionally with HR, leadership, and external vendors
• Manage timelines, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder communication
• Ensure smooth execution of a large-scale change initiative
• Bring structure and clarity to a time-sensitive, high-priority program
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in large organizations
• Hands-on experience managing end-to-end (holistic) projects
• Direct involvement in a large-scale benefits change or transformation initiative
• Ability to work onsite in NYC (or travel Mon Thurs initially, with flexibility over time)
• Someone who can hit the ground running immediately
