We’re partnering with an organization undergoing a strategic carve-out, creating a unique opportunity for an experienced HR professional to design, implement, and lead a brand-new HR function. What You’ll Be Doing
• Lead the end-to-end setup of a new HR function within a carve-out environment
• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals
• Establish and optimize HR systems, processes, and policies
• Drive employee relations, engagement, and organizational effectiveness
• Partner with leadership to build a strong, scalable people framework
• Oversee key HR areas including benefits, compliance, performance management, and talent strategy
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience at the HR Manager / HR Leadership level
• Strong background across HR strategy, systems, employee relations, and operations
• Experience in startups, carve-outs, or building teams/functions from scratch
• A hands-on leader who can think strategically and execute tactically
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
