Students who had participated in Fuller's program reported a fifty-two-per-cent reduction in depression and a thirty-six-per-cent reduction in anxiety. They had created children's books, mental-health apps, and educational curricula professional-grade work that was being used in schools, healthcare systems, and community programs. And Fuller had built it all while working an average of three hours per day, before and after his full-time job in behavioral health approximately one hour before work and an hour and a half to two hours after work each day. But Fuller didn't build this alone. He worked collaboratively with a team of fourteen executives in residence who contributed an average of three to four hours per week each.
