Core Responsibilities
Line cook working under the supervision of the head chef and will be assigned to specific stations such as grill, sauté, fry, or prep. Main duties include:
1. Preparing and cooking food according to recipes and menu specifications.
2. Setting up and stocking stations with ingredients, utensils, and equipment before service.
3. Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and clean after prep.
4. Coordinating with other kitchen staff to ensure orders are completed efficiently and accurately.
5. Monitoring food quality and presentation, including seasoning, portioning, and plating.
6. Assisting in inventory management and placing order to replenish supplies as needed.
