Job Title: Salesforce Developer CPQ, Einstein AI & GitHub Copilot Location: Remote (U.S.) Must Work EST Hours Duration: 12+ Months (Possible Extension) Rate: $Market/Hour Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and AI-driven solutions to join our team on a long-term contract. This role requires hands-on development experience, deep knowledge of the Quote-to-Cash (QTC) lifecycle, and the ability to build scalable, intelligent solutions using Einstein AI and modern development tools like GitHub Copilot. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and CPQ • Customize and configure Salesforce CPQ & Billing modules • Build and integrate AI-driven capabilities using Einstein AI / Agentforce • Collaborate on end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes • Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems (REST/SOAP APIs) • Leverage GitHub Copilot and modern DevOps practices for efficient development • Work with data models, analytics, and reporting within Salesforce • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes Required Skills: • Strong experience in Salesforce Development • Hands-on expertise with Salesforce CPQ & Billing • Proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) • Experience with Einstein AI / AI integrations / Agentforce • Solid understanding of Quote-to-Cash (QTC) lifecycle • Integration experience with third-party platforms • Knowledge of Salesforce data modeling and analytics • Experience with GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tools Preferred Qualifications: • Salesforce Certifications (Platform Developer I/II, CPQ Specialist, AI-related certifications) • Experience in the Insurance domain • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
