Store Manager – StockMax Department Store
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a medium-volume street front store. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, developing and leading a strong team, maintaining an outstanding store image, and driving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and motivate store employees
- Ensure a consistently high level of customer service
- Oversee store presentation, merchandising, and visual standards
- Monitor inventory levels and sell-through performance
- Manage daily operations and drive sales results
Qualifications:
- Previous retail management experience (department store or medium-volume retail preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with merchandising, inventory management, and retail systems
