Job Title: Executive Assistant to the Founder Tranquillityy Cleaning
Location: Remote (U.S.-based preferred)
Compensation: $17 $20/hr (negotiable) weekly pay
Hours: Part-time to start, with potential to grow full-time

We’re entering an exciting new growth phase and seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to support our founder and oversee day-to-day administrative operations.
Your Role
You will manage the company’s operational systems while keeping communication, scheduling, and payroll organized. This position requires excellent organization, clear communication, confidentiality, and follow-through.
You’ll be the key connection between the Founder, employees, and clients.
Core Responsibilities
Manage emails, scheduling, and company communications
Maintain and update Setmore for client bookings, deposits, and referral tracking
Coordinate with Paychex / Payroll4Free for payroll or billing issues
Upload employee time and attendance data from Homebase
Track new hires, send onboarding materials, and follow up on required forms
Handle vendor inquiries, supply restocking updates, and simple bookkeeping tasks
Create weekly summaries of hours worked, revenue, and client activity
Prepare and send professional emails and notices on behalf of the Founder
Keep sensitive information secure and confidential
Ideal Candidate
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organized, dependable, and professional
Quick learner with confidence using tools like Google Drive, Setmore, and Paychex
Calm under pressure and excellent with follow-through
Self-starter who takes direction once and executes accurately
Kind, respectful, and no drama this is a mature, peaceful work environment
