Delivery Driver/Supervisor

L&M Logistics and Delivery LLC is seeking reliable and motivated Delivery Drivers to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering packages to residential and commercial locations while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Pick up, load, and deliver packages in a timely manner

Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules

Ensure safe handling of all packages

Use GPS/navigation tools to complete deliveries efficiently

Maintain communication with dispatch and report any issues

Provide professional and courteous service to customers

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Reliable vehicle (SUV, minivan, or cargo van preferred)

Ability to lift and carry packages

Strong time management and problem-solving skills

Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently

Must pass a background check

Must be authorized to work in the United States
