### Mentor Responsibilities
**Purpose Discovery:** Guide mentees through Voice Up assessments and Purpose Fellowship framework to identify personal strengths, values, and purpose statements.

**Project Development:** Mentor social impact project planning, implementation strategies, nonprofit partnerships, and funding opportunities.

**Public Speaking Development:** Coach storytelling, communication skills, and platform building including Voice Up profiles and presentations.

**Leadership Growth:** Share industry knowledge, provide networking connections, and support entrepreneurial thinking.
