Pay Structure (Performance-Based) $1.80 per package $1.50 per Temu package (under 1 lb) +$0.25 per multi-stop delivery Typical routes: 75 100+ packages daily First paycheck after Week 3, then paid weekly The more deliveries you complete, the more you earn.
