# Career Counseling for Social Impact Internship

## Program Overview
This remote, flexible internship helps students transform how people find meaningful work. You'll learn to connect job seekers with their purpose and help businesses hire employees who stay longer because they believe in the company's mission. Work across our network of 2,326 cities in 109 countries.

## What You'll Do
Help reduce employee turnover by matching people with jobs that fit their values and purpose. Support our 8-week training program that teaches candidates to choose meaningful work over just higher pay. Assist businesses in clearly communicating their mission to attract the right employees.

## Three Ways to Participate

**Academic Credit Track**
Earn college credit while gaining real experience. Work 15-20 hours per week with structured assignments and faculty coordination available.

**Volunteer Track**
Flexible schedule of 10-15 hours per week. Get community service hours and build your resume for graduate school or career advancement.

**Voice Up Gap Year for Social Impact Enrollment**
Full gap year program with three options: 4, 6, or 12 months. Weekly investment starts at $50 (Early Access) or $100 that converts to actual ownership in Voice Up Publishing based on your participation. Includes weekly mentoring with our founder, specialized curriculum, and required local impact project.
