Gastroenterology Near Fort Weatherford, TX

Local hospital seeks experienced Gastroenterologist to assume the practice of a busy physician who is retiring. Walk into an established patient base from day one and work alongside 1 other GI, an APP & an experienced support staff. Responsibilities involve performing a wide scope of inpatient & outpatient procedures. ERCP training preferred, but not required. Hospitalist department assists w/coverage. Hours of operation are Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm. No nights or weekends. Compensation includes base, incentives, benefits, malpractice, vacation/CME, relocation, retirement & may include a sign-on bonus. Servicing over 50K residents, this beautiful upscale lake-side community provides a variety of school options, nearby colleges, year round outdoor activities & easy access to Ft. Worth TX.

Servicing over 60K residents, local hospital offers new cath lab, 24 hour ER services, medical/surgical, ICU, oncology and cardiac rehabilitation and full radiological services (including CT, ultrasound, bone density, mammography, nuclear medicine & MRI).
