A growing professional services organization is seeking a Remote Client Travel Operations Coordinator to support clients with end-to-end business trip logistics. In this role, you’ll ensure travel plans are efficient, compliant, and stress-free combining organization, communication, and client care to deliver exceptional experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and confirm transportation, lodging, and itinerary details for business clients.
Ensure all arrangements meet company travel policies and cost guidelines.
Provide clear travel documentation, confirmations, and real-time updates.
Communicate effectively with clients and vendors regarding changes, delays, or preferences.
Maintain accurate booking and expense records using digital tools.
Research and recommend options that improve efficiency and value for clients.
Qualifications:
Background in administrative support, logistics, or customer coordination preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple client requests.
Comfortable using online systems, booking tools, and spreadsheets.
Must be 18 or older with a stable internet connection and personal computer.
