We work with a variety of trusted travel suppliers to help clients plan memorable trips from romantic getaways and family vacations to group travel and adventurous escapes. Our goal is simple: make travel planning easier, more personal, and stress-free.
Role Description
This is a remote role for a Remote Travel Agent. In this position, you’ll support clients with their travel needs by:
Making reservations for flights, accommodations, and car rentals
Handling customer service inquiries related to travel plans
Creating personalized itineraries and travel recommendations
Coordinating travel details and assisting with changes when needed
Communicating clearly and professionally with clients
Engaging in conversations about travel packages and services
Training is provided, so prior travel industry experience is not required.
Qualifications
Experience with reservations or travel arrangements is helpful but not required
Strong customer service and communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
Willingness to learn systems and processes
