Hardware Test Technician

This is a 40-hour per week, in-person contract position

Responsibilities
• De-palletize and unpack cartons of electronic devices and safely prepare them for upgrade procedure
• Connect the devices to an ethernet switch and perform upgrade and test using a browser-based applications
• Understand the test functionality and know basic exception handling
• Securely re-pack the devices into cartons and re-palletize
• Accurately track and report on progress and document all work
• Conduct basic warehouse operations, including, but not limited to, shipping and receiving, tracking inventory, etc.

Requirements
• 2 years’ experience in networking, IT, electronics manufacturing, or a related field
• Familiarity with electronics assembly processes, including software flashing, device provisioning, and device testing
• Demonstrated fluency with Windows, Microsoft Office applications, and browser-based applications
• Logistics/distribution center/warehouse experience is a plus
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
• Comfort working in a warehouse environment
