Design and develop SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions for global multinational clients, integrating with ADP GlobalView for payroll processing. Develop scalable data integration components and validation logic between Employee Central and third-party systems, resolving data mapping and replication issues using custom scripts and integration tools. Configure Employee Central modules, including Corporate and Succession Data Models, MDF Objects, Picklists, and Business Rules. Analyze business requirements and develop technical solutions and system enhancements, including custom scripts and application components that ensure data integrity and compliance. Develop automated data validation and reconciliation tools across HR, Payroll, and FI systems using custom scripts and SAP integration tools such as Variance Monitor. Create custom reports and document automation solutions using Query Manager and Document Builder, incorporating scripted logic and data transformation processes. Provide support during go-live phases by accurately importing and exporting employee, user, and foundation data to ensure a seamless system transition. Deploy custom-built SuccessFactors extensions and integration components in accordance with change control processes, ensuring compliance with audit and regulatory standards. Monitor and assign tasks aligned with project timelines, including configuration, testing, and production cutover activities. Participate in the full lifecycle of Employee Central configuration and implementation to ensure system stability. Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to gather technical requirements and develop scalable, custom-built solutions within the SAP ecosystem. Stay up to date with SAP SuccessFactors updates, evaluate their applicability, mentor junior consultants, and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and capability training.

Requires two years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant or related in: designing, developing and implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions for global clients integrating with third party payroll providers; and developing scalable data integrations, custom scripts, and system enhancements based on business requirements, ensuring data integrity and compliance across HR, Payroll, and Finance systems. Also requires participation in at least one full lifecycle Employee Central configuration and implementation.
Requires a U.S. Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field.
