What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of dental conditions
- Perform restorative and preventive procedures
- Collaborate with hygienists and specialists on treatment plans
- Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
- Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation
- Stay current with evolving techniques and best practices
What We’re Looking For
- D.D.S. or D.M.D. from an accredited program Active Minnesota dental license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and chairside manner
- Patient-first mindset with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable with modern dental technology
- Growth-oriented and team-focused
