What You’ll Do
- Provide restorative and preventive dental care
- Assess patient needs and collaborate on treatment planning
- Perform procedures such as fillings, sealants, cleanings, and pediatric extractions
- Educate patients on oral health and prevention
- Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Contribute to a smooth, efficient workflow alongside your team
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Dental Therapist (or ability to obtain before start) Associate degree or higher in Dental Therapy or Dental Hygiene 2+ years of clinical experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and clinical skills
- Excellent communication and patient-centered approach
- Comfortable using modern dental technology
- Team-oriented with a growth mindset
