What You’ll Do 

• Provide restorative and preventive dental care 
• Assess patient needs and collaborate on treatment planning 
• Perform procedures such as fillings, sealants, cleanings, and pediatric extractions 
• Educate patients on oral health and prevention 
• Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with safety protocols 
• Contribute to a smooth, efficient workflow alongside your team

What We’re Looking For 

• Licensed Dental Therapist (or ability to obtain before start) Associate degree or higher in Dental Therapy or Dental Hygiene 2+ years of clinical experience preferred 
• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills 
• Excellent communication and patient-centered approach 
• Comfortable using modern dental technology 
• Team-oriented with a growth mindset
