John Deere Capstone Certified Master Technicians
Responsibilities include:
*Perform complex diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance work on customer and/or dealer owned equipment
*Perform work independently and travel to on-site locations for jobs
*Participate in appropriate training programs required for the development of skills and knowledge
*Maintain current knowledge of John Deere and related products
*4+ years experience in field work required
*Ability to perform repairs and maintenance using special tools and equipment
*Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems used in the repair of Construction, Highway, Mining and Forestry in minor and major failures
*Own your own tools
*Ability to perform basic computer functions
*Ability to lift at least 75 lbs. repeatedly
*Some level of Capstone Service Technician certification preferred
*High School Diploma required; Some college preferred
