Onsite Contract General

Heavy Equipment Rental Sales Rep
Location: Must reside in Orange or Seminole County
Pay: Competitive base plus commission and draw for 6 months

Key Responsibilities
Territory Management & Growth: Proactively manage a designated territory to increase market share, often scouting job sites to identify potential customers.

Customer Relationship Management: Develop, maintain, and nurture relationships with new and existing clients through on-site visits, phone calls, and, if applicable, demonstrations.

Needs Assessment & Solutions: Identify specific customer needs to recommend appropriate equipment, offering technical knowledge on machinery to enhance operational efficiency.

Rental/Sales Contracting: Prepare, negotiate, and execute rental agreements and contracts, ensuring proper pricing and profitability.
Collaboration & Support: Work with internal operations and service teams to ensure equipment availability and timely delivery, and manage customer satisfaction.

Market Analysis: Monitor local competitors, market trends, and pricing to stay competitive.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 3-5 years previous experience in heavy equipment, construction, or a related industrial equipment sales field is required,

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction equipment operation and applications.

Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. High energy, self-motivation, and a competitive drive are crucial.

Physical/Logistical: Ability to visit job sites, which may require a valid driver's license and, at times.
