Inside Sales - Bilingual Japanese/English Languages

Urgent Hire: Inside Sales (Bilingual Japanese/English) Orange County, CA
Status: Non-exempt
• Pay: $25 $30/hour
• Travel: 1 2 times per half year (as needed)

We’re seeking a motivated Inside Sales Associate to join our team in Orange County immediately. No sales experience is required if you’re fluent in English and Japanese. New graduates are welcome we’ll provide training and mentorship to help you thrive.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage inside sales activities: quotes, order entry, follow-ups, and CRM updates
• Communicate effectively with customers in both English and Japanese
• Prepare proposals and assist with product recommendations (training provided)
• Support outside sales in building customer relationships and driving satisfaction
• Work cross-functionally with operations, logistics, and purchasing teams
• Participate in occasional business trips (1 2 times per half year)

Qualifications
• Fluent in Japanese and English (business level or higher)
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• No prior sales experience required if bilingual
• New college graduates encouraged to apply
• Positive attitude, team player, and detail-oriented mindset

Compensation & Schedule
• Hourly Rate: $25 $30/hour (non-exempt)
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday Friday, standard business hours
• Occasional travel required (domestic/international, 1 2 trips per half year)
