We are seeking a Director Of Retail Foodservice accounts (Monday - Friday Days)! to join our team! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience.

$72,000 base salary

The location will be in the Hampton or Norfolk, VA area

Experience with contract food service accounts will be a huge plus in a higher education, campus setting.

Business Dining, Corporate Dining, Education segments or freestanding restaurant catering experience required.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all culinary /retail activities
Oversee guest services and resolve issues
Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
Train and manage kitchen personnel
Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Qualifications:

Previous experience in food service or other related fields
Strong leadership qualities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and communication skills
Strong attention to detail
