Weekend Welder (Friday - Sunday 6am-6:30pm)

3 Days. Full Pay. No Weekdays.

Wald Wire is looking for a skilled Welder who can come in, get to work, and produce high-quality welds with minimal supervision.

This role is perfect for someone experienced, self-sufficient, and confident in their abilities someone who doesn’t need to be micromanaged and takes pride in doing things right the first time.

Friday Sunday
6:00 AM 6:30 PM
Work 36 hours, get paid for 40
+$2/hr shift premium

What You’ll Do
Weld and fabricate metal parts to specification
Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols
Produce clean, strong welds (MIG/TIG, aluminum a plus)
Inspect your work to ensure quality and accuracy
Handle basic troubleshooting and adjustments as needed

What You Need
Previous welding experience in a manufacturing environment
Ability to read blueprints and use measurement tools
Strong attention to detail and quality
Self-sufficient and able to work independently
Reliable and takes ownership of their work
