General Manager - New Restaurant Opening

Location: Northern Richmond, VA
Compensation: Base Salary up to $70,000 + Lucrative Bonus ($12K - $25K annually)

We are recruiting an experienced General Manager to lead the launch of a new unit for a popular, high-growth fast-casual restaurant brand in the Northern Richmond, VA area. This is a rare opportunity to join a concept that prioritizes an exceptional quality of life for its leadership team, featuring a daytime-focused model with no late nights and no bar service.

Our operational model is built on speed and efficiency, featuring counter service, dine-in, and a high-volume drive-through. We are seeking a top-tier operator with a proven track record in the QSR or fast-casual segment who can build a successful team from the ground up and establish this new location as a market leader.

Core Responsibilities

As the opening General Manager, you will be instrumental in the successful launch and sustained profitability of the restaurant.

Lead all pre-opening activities, including the recruitment, hiring, and comprehensive training of a high-performing team.

Direct all daily operations, managing P&L statements, controlling prime costs (food, labor), and optimizing inventory.

Champion a culture of hospitality and operational excellence, ensuring every guest receives high-quality food and fast, friendly service.

Master our drive-through operations, implementing strategies to maximize throughput, speed of service, and order accuracy.

Analyze financial performance and operational metrics to identify opportunities for growth and process improvement.

Uphold all brand standards, food safety protocols, and health department regulations with unwavering commitment.

Serve as the face of the brand in the local community, building positive relationships and driving guest loyalty.

Qualifications

Required: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume QSR or fast-casual environment.

Drive-Through Expertise: Demonstrated experience managing and optimizing drive-through operations is essential.

Financial Acumen: Proven ability to manage a P&L, control costs, and drive top-line sales.

Leadership: A strong, hands-on leader with verifiable experience in training, coaching, and developing teams.

New Store Opening: Experience in new unit openings is highly preferred but not required.

Integrity: Must possess a strong work ethic and an ownership mentality.
