Restaurant General Manager -- Fredericksburg, Virginia

We are a national franchisee operating upscale high volume restaurants in the Mid Atlantic.
Due to interaal movement and promotions we are targeting on an "In the door General Manager".
We offer first class training, premium compensation and the opportunity for realistic career advancment.
To be considered for the General Manager posiiton we require 2+ years GM level expereince in the casual dining segment.
General Managers with a minimum of 15% - 20% bar mix in their current brand will be considered a solid fit for this concept.
