Fuller Road Leadership Internships
About Voice Up & The Fuller Road Legacy
Voice Up creates safe spaces where people connect to their purpose leading to better health, better careers, and better lives. We're solving the crisis of isolation through multi-generational wisdom transfer.
The Fuller Road Legacy Initiative scales the Fuller Family's 200-year transformation (poverty in 1940s Alabama global impact reaching 134 countries) as a leadership framework for African American church families nationwide.
The Evidence: Uncle Charlie (85) has lived 16.5 years longer than Lowndes County's Black male life expectancy (68.5 years). Voice Up participants show 52% depression reduction and 36% anxiety reduction through purpose discovery.
The Vision: Establish the Fuller Road Family Foundation helping African American church families document and scale their own multi-generational transformation stories.

Connecting People to Purpose Through Multi-Generational Family Wisdom

"All of that is part of Voice Up, all of it." Art Fuller
When a student discovers their purpose, everything changes. Their health improves. Their academic performance improves. Their relationships improve. We've documented this systematically, not anecdotally. The data is clear and replicable.
One student told us they'd been in therapy for years but made more progress in a few Voice Up conversations than in all those sessions combined. Not because therapy doesn't work, but because purpose was the missing piece. Another student said they finally understood why they were in college. Another discovered a career path they'd never considered but that aligned perfectly with their passions and strengths.
These transformations happen because we're addressing what students actually need: someone to listen, someone to believe in them, someone to help them articulate what matters to them. We're creating space for them to breathe, to reflect, to discover resilience they didn't know they had.
